Payment
You can pay for products and gift cards on the website www.tervisepoint.ee using the method most convenient for you:
- by bank card (Visa / MasterCard)
- via internet banking
- through PayPal or another available method (specified during checkout)
After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided e-mail address. If you purchased a gift card, it will be sent electronically within 24 hours.
Gift Cards
- Electronic gift cards are non-refundable.
- The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise).
- The card can be used in full or partially.
Physical Products (accessories, etc.)
You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt if:
- the product has not been used
- the packaging is undamaged
- you have a proof of purchase
Products related to personal hygiene (e.g., insoles, creams, files, etc.) are non-returnable after the packaging has been opened — in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 10 working days.

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Working days: Mon–Fri.
